福本伸行のマンガが実写化される事に注目しているのも原作通りです。エスポワールという豪華客船が舞台になっているのも原作通りです。カイジ役は藤原竜也となっているかもしれません。しかし、原作の始めで参加するゲームは原作と同じようです。金銭に翻弄されているのも原作通りです。
